A woman who beheaded her mother after a dispute over a meal delivery has issued a chilling warning to her prison peers. On the evening of July 20, 2019, Jessica Camilleri got into an argument with her mother, Rita Camilleri, over Rita’s food order. The disagreement escalated when Rita, a full-time carer, tried to take Jessica’s phone away due to previous obsessive behavior towards a local butcher.
The situation took a horrifying turn as Jessica described the violent encounter to a forensic psychiatrist.
