Virgin Media is treating its customers to a selection of television channels at no extra cost just in time for the summer break. The offer, which includes access to 14 premium South Asian channels like Sony MAX HD and Zee TV HD, is available starting today but will only be free until August 17.
Users can now enjoy a range of shows, entertainment, and movies, including popular titles like Pushpa: The Rule Part 2, which was India’s highest-grossing film in 2024. Additionally, viewers can catch cricket action from the World Championship of Legends and explore various genres such as drama, comedy, and lifestyle, with hit TV series like Anupama.
These channels are part of Virgin Media’s Asian Mela bundle, which typically costs £12 per month. David Bouchier, Chief TV & Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, expressed that the initiative aims to celebrate South Asian Heritage Month by providing top-notch South Asian entertainment to customers at no additional charge. The free channels will be available until August 17.
