After a long wait, Virgin Media users have received exciting news this week. Starting on Wednesday, April 1, Sky Atlantic will be available to customers with Virgin TV 360 and Stream boxes. The best part is that there will be no additional cost for accessing this channel, and the change will not lead to a price increase.

This addition means that households will now have access to popular shows like “Heated Rivalry,” “Under Salt Marsh,” “The Last Of Us,” and “Amadeus.” To tune in, customers simply need to visit channel 111 on the Virgin TV platform starting Wednesday. Furthermore, Sky Atlantic content will also be accessible on-demand and through Virgin TV Go.

David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, expressed, “Our commitment to our customers is clear – to provide seamless entertainment at exceptional value – and the inclusion of Sky Atlantic on Virgin TV showcases this promise.” He added, “The channel features compelling drama and captivating stories from the UK and the US, delivering some of the most talked-about moments in recent times. Now, over one million Virgin TV customers can enjoy Sky Atlantic without any extra cost or action required.”

In addition to the arrival of Sky Atlantic, Virgin TV customers have another reason to celebrate. The provider has announced a significant content upgrade available at no extra charge. The TV Ultra HD channel has been unlocked for all TV customers, extending beyond select premium plans. This upgrade will be available until Sunday, April 12.

The TV Ultra HD channel offers a nightly lineup of ad-free entertainment, including family-friendly movies, iconic rock performances, and a diverse range of documentaries. Some featured content includes “Playmobil: The Movie” featuring Daniel Radcliffe, “The Invisible Man” starring Emmy winner Elisabeth Moss, the first season of “Cobra Kai,” and “The Last Turtles,” a documentary series highlighting the work of the Dominica Sea Turtle Conservation Organisation.

Music enthusiasts can look forward to “Rolling Stones: Olé Olé Olé – A Trip Across Latin America,” which tracks the band’s journey through South America and Mexico, culminating in their historic concert in Cuba.
