The UK’s top workplaces for 2026 have been unveiled, with certain positions offering salaries reaching £100,000. Glassdoor announced the recipients of its 2026 Employees’ Choice Awards, determined by employee feedback.
Securing the leading position is SAP, a software engineering company, which compensates senior-level account executives with £57,000 to £89,000. SAP’s commendable attributes include flexible working hours, generous vacation time, cutting-edge technology, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Mastercard claimed the second spot, recognized for its diverse workforce, attractive benefits package, and a culture supporting flexible remote work. Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.
In third place is Google, offering £70,000 to £100,000 for software engineer roles. Google employees appreciate the competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
