The family of a missing university student expressed profound sorrow as a body was found in water. Connor Calleja, 20, disappeared after being turned away from a nightclub in Lincoln on January 11th. Lincolnshire Police confirmed the discovery of a body in Brayford Pool.
John Lewis, Connor’s stepfather, shared their heartbreak on Facebook, thanking the community for their support. He urged everyone to cherish their loved ones, emphasizing their endless love for Connor.
Earlier, the family had pleaded with Connor to return home, assuring him of their unconditional support. Recounting the events leading to Connor’s disappearance, his stepfather mentioned the nightclub incident but believed Connor was not intoxicated.
