A new channel has recently launched on Freeview, providing viewers with additional entertainment options previously only available on premium TV platforms like Sky and Virgin Media. TLC, known for reality shows such as Dr Pimple Popper and Say Yes To The Dress, is now accessible to Freeview users, offering a diverse range of programs, including sitcoms and blockbuster films.

With the introduction of TLC, Freeview viewers can enjoy popular shows like The Big Bang Theory, Mock the Week, and Young Sheldon, along with blockbuster movies like Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Freeview advises users to retune their devices to access TLC on channel 12.

In addition to the TLC launch, Freeview will undergo a minor channel reshuffle. Quest will move to channel 17, while Really will shift to channel 44 to accommodate TLC. Unfortunately, Freeview has announced the closure of HGTV, resulting in the removal of programs like My Lottery Dream Home, Celebrity IOU, and Building Alaska. Other channels being discontinued include HGTV, God TV, and India Today.

Here is a summary of the channel changes:

– TLC – Ch12
– TLC+1 – Ch99

– Channel Moves:

– Really – Ch44

– Channel Closure:
