A man who was sent sickening images of a nine-year-old girl by her own mum was refused entry to the US, a court heard. David Hamilton, an easyJet aircraft engineer, was refused entry when indecent images of a child were found on his phone.

The 55-year-old, who appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court wearing a checked blazer and jeans, admitted possession of four indecent images of a child, along with three counts of pornographic images of sex with an animal.

He was also caught with sickening images involving a fish, as well as images of bestiality that including people having sex with a pig. Hamilton spoke in court to confirm his identity. He has pleaded guilty to the charges against him. Hamilton, of Turners Hill, West Sussex, admitted possession of indecent photographs of a child and three counts of possession of extreme pornographic images.

He was refused entry to the US by immigration officers and then charged on his return to Heathrow on June 26, 2023. Verra Makwana, prosecuting, told the court Hamilton met a woman from Asia online

“That lady had sent indecent images of her children,” she said. “Discussion had then taken place between the parties about him conducting sexual acts with her daughters. There seems to be abuse of trust on behalf of the sender and Mr Hamilton seems to be aware of that abuse of trust.”

Ms Makwana added: “Mr Hamilton was refused entry by immigration to the USA after having admitted to having indecent images of a child on his phone.” Hamilton, granted unconditional bail ahead, was then warned by magistrate Simon Ogden he could face “any sentence the law allows” including custody ahead of sentencing on 8 May.
