Branson, 75, supposedly sent the email after a meeting on Necker Island, where he mentioned meeting again with Epstein and his associates.
According to the disclosed messages, Branson’s team clarified that he would not have used certain terms had he known the complete details about Epstein. The correspondence included discussions about a potential visit to Necker Island involving Epstein and others. Additionally, there were mentions of Epstein suggesting a helicopter trip to his private island, Little Saint James, which Branson declined due to prior commitments.
Representatives for Branson stated that the interactions with Epstein occurred over a decade ago and were limited to specific business contexts. They emphasized that Branson and his late wife distanced themselves from Epstein upon learning of serious allegations against him. The release of these communications coincided with the unveiling of new files related to Epstein, who passed away in 2019 while facing legal charges.
The latest revelations also include claims about other prominent figures, including allegations against former US President Donald Trump and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates. Gates’ spokesperson categorically denied the accusations made by Epstein.
