Starting April 1, Virgin Media users who are subscribed to Sky Entertainment channels will receive Sky Atlantic at no additional cost. This means viewers will have access to popular shows like Heated Rivalry, Under Salt Marsh, The Last Of Us, and Amadeus without any extra charges. The update is set to roll out to Virgin TV 360 and Stream box customers.

To watch Sky Atlantic content, customers simply need to tune in to channel 111 on the Virgin TV platform. Additionally, the content will be available on-demand and through the Virgin TV Go service. David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing great value entertainment by adding Sky Atlantic to their offerings.

In a parallel move, Sky has unveiled its new Ultimate TV plan, priced at £24, featuring premium channels such as Disney+, Netflix, Hayu, and the upcoming HBO Max app. This comprehensive package will be accessible on Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q platforms. Sophia Ahmad, Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, described this update as a groundbreaking moment for Sky and NOW, bringing together Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu under a single subscription.

This advancement from Virgin Media coincides with Sky’s new offering, showcasing a dynamic shift in the entertainment landscape.
