Several individuals sustained injuries when a truck crashed into a gathering of anti-Iran protesters in Los Angeles, leading to chaos and panic. The incident, captured on video, showed a U-Haul truck driving through a group of demonstrators, causing people to flee as it advanced. Eyewitnesses reported that the driver targeted protesters carrying Iranian flags and appeared to be trying to push through the crowd. The truck displayed a banner that read: “No Shah, No Regime. USA: Don’t Repeat 1953. No Mullah.”

The event took place during the day on Veteran Avenue in the Westwood district, where hundreds had gathered to protest against Iran’s Islamic Republic. A witness named Susie Shoshana filmed the incident on her mobile phone, describing how she encountered the protest march after attending a party in the area. The truck eventually came to a stop and was surrounded by demonstrators, some of whom broke its windows as tensions escalated.

Footage showed the driver being pulled from the truck by police officers, with onlookers shouting nearby. As the suspect was being escorted away by law enforcement, some protesters attempted to physically confront him, leading to police intervention to restore order. The Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed that three individuals were injured by the truck during the incident.
