The next morning, a student discovered Mr. Mobley’s body near the college in Houston, Texas. Authorities identified him, allowing his father, Jessie Mobley Sr., and step-mother, Renee Mobley, to have a final viewing. Renee described the scene as distressing, noting discoloration and signs of decay on Mr. Mobley’s body.
