This 50-minute sculpting facial massage began with a personalized consultation to address any concerns. The treatment incorporated hot and cold therapy, facial massage, and lymphatic techniques, complemented by a custom soundtrack of nature folk songs.
The facial, designed by Lush’s expert team, aimed for maximum results with minimal skin interference, making it suitable for sensitive skin types. The multi-step process included cleansers, a unique face mask, firming serums, and uplifting cold therapy, all aimed at rejuvenating and sculpting the skin.
The experience was further enhanced by the therapist’s skilled techniques and the soothing ambiance, which allowed for complete relaxation. The treatment beds were cozy, with heated blankets, ensuring a comfortable and serene atmosphere akin to home.
After the treatment, I was encouraged to take my time to reorient myself and indulge in a bespoke drink. The pampering continued at the Lush Shampoo bar, where I received personalized hair care and styling, leaving me with a refreshed and pampered feeling.
Overall, the Lush spa experience transcended mere retail therapy, offering a serene escape on the high street. While it may come at a premium, the meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service make it a worthwhile indulgence that I look forward to revisiting.
