Luke Littler firmly states that he has no intention of following his friend Angry Ginge into the jungle after the YouTuber’s victorious stint on a reality TV show centered around a campfire.
The darts champion, Littler, who is about to defend his Professional Darts Corporation title at Alexandra Palace, was quick to congratulate Angry Ginge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, on winning the latest season of “I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.” However, Littler has made it clear that he will not subject himself to the challenges of eating unusual foods in bushtucker trials for entertainment.
The 18-year-old from Warrington has set his boundaries, refusing to partake in tasks like consuming kangaroo anus or crocodile genitalia while being far from home and enduring long flights. He expressed his reluctance by saying that, despite initially considering it for the right compensation, after watching the show, he has decided that it is not something he could endure.
Burtwistle, aged 24, emerged as the winner of the show, with Tom Read Wilson finishing as the runner-up and “Eastenders” actress Shona McGarty securing the third position.
In one of the final challenges, Angry Ginge faced snakes and insects wrapped around his head in a task named “Helmet of Hell,” while Read Wilson had to consume camel brain and pig reproductive organs.
After celebrating his friend’s triumph in Australia, Littler attended a football match at Molineux as a part of Manchester United’s traveling supporters and was spotted by TV cameras alongside United’s head of fan engagement, Rick McGagh. United’s captain Bruno Fernandes, who scored twice in the match against Wolves, responded to Littler’s tweet about enjoying his first away game with a dart emoji.
