Samsung recently introduced the Galaxy S25 FE, aiming for a more budget-friendly option. However, Motorola is set to launch the moto g06 next month at a significantly lower price of £69.99, almost one-tenth the cost of the FE model.
Despite its affordability, the moto g06 offers impressive features, including a vibrant 6.88-inch display, a 50MP rear camera, splash-proof design, and a soft luxe texture finish. It also includes Gorilla Glass 3 for screen protection and expandable storage via a microSD card, a feature not commonly found in modern phones.
Additional perks of the moto g06 include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Bass Boost technology, along with a MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset. Motorola is also touting smart AI upgrades such as Circle to Search with Google and image editing tools like Magic Editor and Magic Eraser.
In addition to the moto g06, Motorola is releasing the moto g06 power, featuring a larger 7000mAh battery that can easily last users through a day and beyond. The power variant, priced at £89.99, will also be available for purchase in the UK next month.
