Three tourists were fatally shot near their vacation rental in Florida in what authorities believe was a random act of violence. The victims, identified as Robert Kraft, 70, and Douglas Joseph Kraft, 68, both from the states of Michigan and Ohio, respectively, along with their friend James John Puchan, 68, also from Ohio, were found dead after their car broke down in Kissimmee, Florida, close to Walt Disney World.

Law enforcement responded to reports of a shooting at Indian Point Circle around 12:14 pm on Saturday, discovering the victims with gunshot wounds in a yard. Ahmad Jihad Bojeh, 29, was arrested at his residence approximately an hour after the incident. Osceola County Sheriff Christopher Blackmon described the killings as cold-blooded and premeditated, emphasizing that they appeared to be random with no prior conflicts between the victims and the suspect.

Authorities reassured the community that there is no ongoing threat as the alleged perpetrator has been apprehended. Guns were seized from Bojeh’s home, and forensic examinations are underway to determine if they were used in the crime. The victims had reportedly extended their stay at the rental property due to car troubles, while one member of their group had departed the day before.

Details about the tourists’ activities in the area and their length of stay remain unclear. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the arrest of Bojeh on three counts of murder, stating that the investigation is ongoing into the tragic incident.
