Qualcomm is set to unveil the successor to the Snapdragon 8 Elite at a major event in Hawaii. The new processor, named Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, is expected to take center stage. With the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, Qualcomm is reintroducing the “Gen” nomenclature as the fifth generation of the 8 series.
