Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently expressed surprise at Donald Trump’s health, attributing his vitality to a questionable diet. Kennedy, a prominent figure in US health discussions, revealed that Trump’s eating habits, notably consisting of McDonald’s, candy, and Diet Coke, defy conventional health norms. Despite consuming what Kennedy described as “junk food” while traveling, Trump reportedly maintains robust health standards through his selective eating at the White House and Mar-a-Lago estate.

Kennedy’s remarks were made on The Katie Miller Podcast, hosted by former Trump administration member Katie Miller. He commended Trump’s remarkable health, citing Dr. Mehmet Oz’s evaluation of Trump’s medical records, which revealed exceptionally high testosterone levels for his age bracket. Notably, Dr. Mehmet Oz was appointed by Trump to lead the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Trump’s preference for fast food during his travels is a well-known aspect of his routine. Testimonies from individuals close to him, like Republican National Committee chair Joe Gruters, have highlighted Trump’s indulgence in multiple fast-food items during campaign tours. Rumors surrounding Trump’s health often circulate, prompting him to offer reassurances, including his unconventional use of aspirin which he defended as a method to maintain “thin blood.”

In response to speculations about his cognitive abilities and physical well-being, Trump refuted claims of decline and emphasized his continued sharpness and physical fitness. He denounced reports suggesting otherwise as “fake news,” asserting his commitment to rigorous medical and cognitive examinations to disprove any doubts about his capabilities.
