Dell has announced the revival of its XPS brand, a year after discontinuing it, following criticism from experts and customers. The new XPS laptops, now running on Windows 11, boast a complete redesign with premium materials like aluminium and Gorilla Glass 3 for a sleek and durable finish.
The laptops feature a redesigned keyboard for enhanced stability, a seamless glass touchpad, and improved portability with reduced weight and thickness. Dell’s latest XPS 14 and XPS 16 models are the thinnest ever at 14.6mm, thanks in part to a reengineered 4K webcam.
Performance has been significantly upgraded with Intel’s latest Ultra processors, promising faster speeds, better graphics, and improved efficiency. The laptops also include Intel Arc graphics with 12 cores for a 50% boost in graphics performance.
Battery life is impressive, with high-density 900ED cells offering up to 27 hours of usage on a single charge. Other notable features include edge-to-edge touch displays, Dolby Atmos speakers, and a range of ports for connectivity.
Dell unveiled the new XPS models at CES 2026, emphasizing their commitment to premium laptops that combine striking design, powerful performance, stunning displays, and long-lasting battery life in a compact and portable package.
