At the recent World Robot Conference in Beijing, over 300 Chinese robotics companies showcased their latest innovations to the public. While robots are increasingly utilized in China for tasks like hotel deliveries and assembly line work, widespread adoption beyond trial phases remains constrained. Here’s a glimpse into the current technologies and capabilities in the industry.

Unitree Robotics showcased humanoid robots engaging in kickboxing, while another demonstration featured a group dance by these advanced machines. At the event, a robot from Unitree impressed spectators by playing table tennis. Additionally, attendees observed robotic hands deftly threading a needle, and witnessed a robot efficiently serving noodles to visitors. Kepler Robotics also exhibited the work capabilities of its humanoid robot at the trade show.
